Our first Policy Forum seminar of 2009 focuses on one of the essential components of effective policy work: understanding the external policy environment. We will explore some of the key 'drivers' affecting the public policy agenda, and consider their impact on our own organisations. We will also consider the practical tools and approaches that you can use to analyse the external environment.
